Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items. Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.

Eligible for Return
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unopened and unused in original packaging
- All seals and protective films intact
- No signs of wear, application, or damage
- Accompanied by original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened nail products or gel strips
- Used or partially used items
- Items without original packaging
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
- Gift cards
How to Return
Follow these simple steps to initiate your return:
- Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return
- Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
- Pack items securely in original packaging
- Ship the return using the provided label or your preferred carrier
- Receive confirmation once your return is processed
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for your desired product.
Lost or Stolen Packages After Delivery:
Please note that we have no responsibility for the shipment that has already been delivered to the recipient's address. Therefore, we cannot offer a refund or reshipment for any products that have been lost or stolen after delivery.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
